2 Halloween Events in the Scranton Wilkes Barre Pocono region
Yearly Halloween events featuring famous celebrities. From Columbus Day Weekend, through Halloween, at the Harry Houdini Museum. Great for groups or bring the family. 342-5555. And featuring our new Scranton Halloween Haunted presentation (Not for little kids) that runs every evening through Halloween by reservation only, Haunted-Mind Mysteries & THE Beyond!
(This is a different event than our late evening "Haunted!" show that is not recommended for youngsters and is $35.00 per person.)
Harry Houdini Museum tours are available in the daytime through this Halloween period, by advance reservation. Houdini, it should be noted, Harry Houdini died on Halloween. Harry Houdini appeared in Scranton and did several historic challenges in the area. Scranton's Harry Houdini Museum is the only museum in the world entirely devoted to Harry Houdini .
Both Halloween Events run from Columbus weekend through October-31 BY RESERVATIONThe Houdini Museum has received international recognition as one of the prime sources for information about this legendary performer. The ONLY museum in the world is exclusivly devoted to Houdini, and no other tells or has ever told his entire life story as does Scranton's Houdini Museum. This has brought much world wide recognition to Northeast Pennsylvania attracting history, Houdini and magic fans and researchers from all over the world.
A special series of Shows will take place evenings at Scranton's Houdini Museum from Columbus weekend through October 31, Halloween by reservation. The Halloween events will feature internationally known Dorothy Dietrich and Dick Brookz both of whom have been featured on countless national television shows and specials.Reservations are required as many of the various Halloween days and evenings sell out or are booked by corporations.
